Thursday, March 25
Join fellow members at the first CE class of 2010 in a Sunflower Region location! Behave Yourself: The Code of Ethics, hosted by the Sunflower Region, will be held from 9 a.m. to noon on Thursday, March 25. Location is the Holiday Inn Olathe Medical Center, 101 W. 151st St., Olathe, KS 66061.

Check-in and full breakfast starts at 8:30 a.m. Cost is $15 for the cost of breakfast. See the flier here.

The course satisfies the National Association of REALTORS® requirement to take an ethics class between December of 2009 and December of 2013. Plus, you'll get CE credit for license renewal in both states. NOTE: This is not a "core" or "required" class for license renewal, but it is a requirement of your REALTOR® membership. Your instructor is Fran Cashion and the class provides three hours of elective credit for KS and MO.

Wednesday, April 7
Join us for an afternoon of bowling and fun, hosted by the Rivers Region, on April 7, 2010 at Skyway Lanes, 5037 S. 4th St., Leavenworth, KS 66048. The tournament runs from noon to 4 p.m. The cost is $20 per person and includes bowling, shoes, drink ticket for beer/pop, door prizes (special thanks to Financial Associates for sponsoring the door prizes!) and a trophy for the winning team!

Register your team of 4 bowlers today! For more information, go here.

Thursday, April 15
Join fellow members at the first CE class of 2010 in a Northland location! Two-State Core, hosted by the Northland Region, will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 15, in the Ambassador Room at the KCI Expo Center, 11730 N. Ambassador Drive, Kansas City, MO 64153.

Check-in starts at 8 a.m. The course is free for KCRAR members and $50 for nonmembers. See the flier here.

NOTE: This class is now 4 hours in duration. This is a combination of the Kansas Salesperson/Broker Required and the Missouri Core Curriculum, so you can meet your required courses for both states in just one class sitting. Due to recent changes in the Missouri rules and regulations, we cannot offer this as a two-state combined class unless it is 4 hours in duration as opposed to the 3-hour class we offered in previous years. (If you are a Kansas Broker, you must also attend the Kansas Broker Required class.) Instructor is Jan Pringle, KCRAR Education Director.
