The next training session is coming right up on October 16.  Come if you can – there’s no need to register!

Quick Contract software and Quick Contract Online are the only authorized products that may use the KCRAR forms and contracts.  If you’re interested in learning all about these products, please plan to attend the Quick Contract Training Session October 16, 2003 at the KCRAR offices.

There will be an overview of the product from 1:00 - 2:00 p.m., then the training session will be from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m.  This is a good way to learn about this very useful product from the people who actually designed and maintain it.

The Quick Contract software eliminates repetitious entries on contracts and forms.  You enter the buyer’s name, seller’s name, address, and other pertinent information once and entries are automatically inserted in the appropriate blanks on all corresponding documents.  Other helpful features:

  • Contracts may be saved, amended, printed, countered, and faxed without limit.
  • Counter offers and amendments take a fraction of the time to produce; just open the saved contract and select new counter, addenda, or amendment and insert the changed information.
  • Quick Contract performs calculations automatically.
  • Quick Contract contains all the approved KCRAR contracts and forms and complimentary upgrades ensure you will always have access to the most up to date forms.
  • Much, much, more

The Internet version, Quick Contract Online, utilizes “transaction share” technology.  Share your transactions LIVE with co-op agents and the cooperating agent will be able to make a counter offer, addendum, or amendment right before your eyes, while Quick Contract Online updates your Buyer’s Estimated Costs.  Does your title company, mortgage company, or any other vendor need a copy of the contract?  No problem, just “share” the transaction.  The transaction share feature is ideal when the buyer or seller is out of town.  Go over the transaction together, live and online.

The cost of BOTH Quick Contract and Quick Contract Online is $125.  A subscription is good for 12 full months and entitles you to both the desktop version and the online version.

To purchase Quick Contract or for more information, access fax-on-demand, (913) 498-0018, ext. 2 and request document #072 or stop by the KCRAR store.
