Bylaws Voting: Over 500 members took the time to vote on the proposed changes to the KCRAR bylaws. We know how “dry” this sort of activity can be, but we really appreciate that so many members voted. All the recommended changes did pass and the updated Bylaws are now on-line at www.kcrar.com. If you don’t have a current email address on file with KCRAR you are missing out on the opportunity to vote on-line. (People who don’t have a current or valid email address with KCRAR receive notices via USPS rather than email).
