KCRAR’s highly-praised Certified Real Estate Sales Training is back and it’s bigger and better than before. Our past students didn’t think it needed any improvement, but we did it anyway. Now, CREST consists of 8 segments instead of the previous 5 and it’s taught by top area REALTORS® who are ready to share their knowledge and insights.
CREST is designed to be a top-notch information source for building a successful career and it’s also going to help you get in high gear with your prospecting and organizing. You won’t find yourself just sitting still and listening because you’re going to start working smart as you implement lots of great ideas. This course is ideal for newer agents as well as veterans who need a boost. It is not a CE course.
Comparable programs would easily cost $400-$600, but the KCRAR Board of Directors has subsidized the cost for you so the amount per person is only $100.00. AND when you complete CREST's 8 segments, the course fee will be reimbursed to you. You simply pre-pay for the course and KCRAR will give your money back. If it's necessary for you to miss a segment, you can attend when the course is offered again and it will be scheduled 3 times per year. Please note that missed segments must be made up within a year to receive the refund.
Click here to enroll online for the entire 8-segment program.
You may also choose to enroll for individual courses at $25 each – to do so, just come to the class and register in person upon arrival. All class segments meet from 9:00 am - 12:30 pm. Past Graduates of CREST can attend at no charge.
