Last month KCRAR announced that REALTOR® members now have free access to a new online forms product, Professional Computer Forms.  It’s up and running and is available for all 2009 KCRAR forms – Residential, Commercial and, effective in early February, Spanish language forms.  Using it can automate some of the processes associated with transactions’ forms and contracts, allowing you to work more efficiently in many ways.

If you haven’t taken a look yet, check it out at www.kcrar.com  under the “Forms” tab.  There are a couple of Quick Start Guides there to help you get going with this easy-to-use online product, and when you login to Professional Computer Forms, you can phone or email their professionals with questions if necessary.
