REALTOR® Magazine is looking for real estate salespeople, brokers, and appraisers to complete the 2009-10 Cost vs. Value survey. Respondents review 33 different home improvement projects and estimate what value they'll bring if the home is resold in the current market.

Kansas City is one of the 80 U.S. metro areas included in the survey. Survey participants in those markets who complete the survey are entered in a drawing for one of three $500 American Express gift cards.
