All KCRAR members must complete and report Code of Ethics training by December 31, 2008. This is a mandate from NAR every four years that you are a REALTOR®.   If it is not completed by December 31, 2008 (noon deadline), we are required to suspend your membership to KCRAR until you have completed this mandate.

That means you will not have access to any member services such as HMLS, contracts and forms, classes or lockboxes.

If your membership is suspended during January and February 2009, and you don't complete and report the training by March 1, your membership will be automatically terminated that day according to NAR rules.
