Members have inquired about this year’s schedule for dues, so here is the information about important dates. First and foremost, to avoid paying late fees, please remember that your 2009 dues payment must be received by the KCRAR office by Midnight on Monday, December 15, 2008.  After that time, a late fee of $25.00 will be added to your account.

The quickest and easiest way to pay is to “due it” online. Once you receive your dues statement in November, simply go online to http://www.kcrar.com/ and login using your login and password (remember to use all capital letters for the login).  For your convenience, in addition to accepting MasterCard and Visa, KCRAR also accepts American Express and Discover.  KCRAR does not accept faxed credit card payments for dues renewals. PLEASE DO NOT FAX!

2009 Dues Billing Schedule:

• Your bill will be sent to your home address on November 1st, 2008 with a due date of December 15.
• On December 1^st a reminder “statement” will be sent to those members who had not yet paid their dues.
• Dues must be received at KCRAR offices by midnight December 15, 2008. As of December 16, if dues have not been paid, a late charge of $25.00 will be added to your bill.
• During the first week of January another bill will be sent to members at their office address if they have still not paid dues.  This bill will include the $25 late fee assessed December 16.  If dues payment has not been received at KCRAR offices by midnight January 15, that will result in suspension of MLS and KCRAR services on January 16, 2009.
• After January 31, 2009, an additional $25 late fee will be added to the dues bills of unpaid members for a total of $50 in late fees. During the first week of February 2009 a third bill will be sent to the broker. Total late fees at this point are still $50. (For Kansas members an additional $10 is added on February 1st for the KAR late fee).
• March 1, 2009 an additional $25.00 late fee is accessed.
• Membership will be terminated on March 31, 2009 for members who have failed to remit 2009 dues payments.
• After April 1st, 2009, members wishing to reinstate will need to fill out new member applications and pay application fees to the Local and State Association ($250.00+) and pro rated dues for the year, but no late fees. 

There are still three ways to pay for 2009 dues:

• You can pay on line by going to www.kcrar.com and clicking on the link that says “Pay Online." The link will take to you the member login page where you’ll need to enter your login and password. Please make sure to use capital letters for the login and password.  Credit cards accepted for online payments are MasterCard and Visa, and this year you can also use American Express and Discover.

• You can pay by credit card – please complete the information on the invoice/statement and MAIL (DON’T FAX) to KCRAR.  KCRAR now accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. This year KCRAR will NOT accept any dues payments by fax.

• You can pay by check – please return the top portion of the invoice/statement and mail to KCRAR to be received by the due date.  

DUES ARE NON REFUNDABLE
