Using Agent Access, you can provide buyers with a way to access the property description and list price when they drive by a house with a “For Sale” sign in the yard. Here’s how it works:
- After you subscribe to the service, you register
your buyer client/prospect’s cell phone number.
- You provide your buyer a phone number to
access the service.
- When the buyer calls that number using their
mobile phone, the system recognizes them as a registered user.
- Each time they call, the buyer hears your brief greeting
(your “commercial” and the contact information you want to include) and is prompted to enter the house number of the listed property.
- The system provides the buyer with easy-to-follow
instructions to hear the property description and listing price.
- You easily monitor the activity of each of your
registered users by visiting your secure Agent Access website for a list of all their calls, time and date of calls, as well as the listing addresses being inquired about.
