According to the National Association of REALTORS®, the graduates of a GRI program earn 35% more than their non-GRI counterparts.  Lucky for you, there are GRI classes coming to the KC area so you can enroll today for the Graduate Realtor® Institute.

Because GRI is offered at the state association level, you’ll need to register for classes offered in the state where you are a member.  Some classes are reciprocal between Kansas and Missouri, allowing you to attend classes of interest regardless of location.  If you desire a particular course and wonder about the reciprocity, check our website or contact KAR at (800) 366-0069 or MAR at (800) 403-0101.

Coming soon for Missouri is on August 3, GRI 409 – a first-ever combined home-study Business Planning & Live Presentation Course. This is reciprocal with KS 104 R - Business Planning Systems.

Upcoming classes for Kansas are September 6-7, GRI 105R on Real Estate Investments and October 25, GRI 104R on Business Planning.  This is reciprocal with MO 412 but there are stipulations so contact KAR for details.
