Mechanics Lien Changes

Due to the current market environment, the requirements for mechanic's lien coverage in Missouri have become significantly more stringent. Kansas is different because statutory priority of the mortgage can be established. This workshop will focus on Missouri’s new construction and rehab transactions.

• What benefits accrue from bankruptcy filing and when a filing simply delays inevitable foreclosure
