The Kansas City Metro Chapter of WCR and the Missouri Association of REALTORS^® are pleased to co-sponsor several GRI classes in 2005.  The first ones are coming up next month.  They are:

• April 21 -- GRI 411 "Homeowner Tax Answers - Tax Concepts in Real Estate"
   
• April 22 -- GRI 412 "Profit from Investment Property - Basics of Residential Rentals"
