Don’t miss a rare opportunity to attend GRI classes right here at home.

Kansas City Regional Association of REALTORS® and the Missouri Association of REALTORS® have joined forces to sponsor this program on:

March 19 & 20, 2009

Early Bird Tuition = $89 per module

If you have never before considered pursuing the designation from the Graduate REALTOR® Institute* you’ll find attending these modules is a perfect opportunity to learn what GRI has to offer. Even if you don’t proceed with the full GRI designation you’ll benefit greatly from these offerings.

#411 “Homeowner Tax Answers” – Tax Concepts in real estate

Approved for 6 hours of elective CE credit in Missouri.  To receive Kansas credit you will submit a special form and $10 to the Kansas Real Estate Commission to request credit on an individual basis. The form will be provided for you at the class.

#412 “Profit from Investment Property” – Basics of residential rentals

Approved for 6 hours of elective CE credit in Missouri.  To receive Kansas credit you will submit a special form and $10 to the Kansas Real Estate Commission to request credit on an individual basis. The form will be provided for you at the class.

The speaker for both sessions is the nationally known, veteran GRI instructor, Tom Lundstedt, CCIM.

Note: Earning GRI credits is state specific and all courses must be attended in the state where you are located.  However, certain modules are reciprocal between Kansas and Missouri, including these two offerings.

Whether you are pursuing the GRI designation in Kansas or Missouri you will receive GRI credit for these two courses.

Registration via the internet is at www.missourirealtor.org/content or fax this registration form.
