The St. Joseph Regional Association of REALTORS® is sponsoring two GRI classes on May 12^th and 13^th and you’re invited.  Classes will be held at the Radisson Kansas City Airport Hotel, 11828 NW Plaza Circle in Kansas City, MO.  Class times are 8:30 am – 5:00 pm each day.

GRI-401 Land More Listings – The art and science of generating seller leads, converting those leads to well-priced, well-staged and well-commissioned listings, and marketing those listings to generate more business and more profitable business!  Tools and techniques include price counseling negotiations, seller counseling sessions, building and perfecting one’s listing strategy as well as new twists on the tried and true listing practices. GRI-402 Great Marketing Ideas: Contracts Through Closing – Focus you buyer prospecting to produce more and better buyer leads, hone your qualifying and presentation skills, utilize email and websites for marketing to and communicating with buyer prospects and clients.  Increase your sales success for both new construction and resale properties.  This module also includes information on REALTOR^® safety and diversity.
