In conjunction with the NAR Centennial Celebration, KCRAR is launching a celebration of its own as we commemorate more than 100 years of serving and supporting REALTORS® across the Kansas City metropolitan area. Kansas City was home to one of the first Real Estate Boards prior to NAR’s existence, so KCRAR’s roots reach back 105 years.
Our plan is to honor our members by highlighting your involvement in the communities served by KCRAR. To show our commitment to our communities, KCRAR has established a grant pool of $100,000 to donate through the Centennial Grant Program.
All KCRAR REALTOR® members may nominate non-profit organizations in which they are personally involved. Ten (10) organizations will be selected by a grant selection committee, and each will be presented with a $10,000 REALTOR® Centennial Grant at an awards reception on September 16.
Qualification and selection will be made according to the established KCRAR Centennial Grant guidelines. Please visit www.kcrar.com for full details and forms. Application deadline is June 30.
The Award Reception will be held at the Liberty Memorial, the World War I monument and museum located in the heart of Kansas City.
