The winter food and fund drive for Harvesters sponsored by KCRAR and HMLS was a great success – proven by the overflowing bins in our lobby!

We appreciate the thoughtfulness of everyone who contributed to help their fellow Kansas Citians in need. In total, our membership and staff collected nearly three large bins of food – and we also collected lots of pet food for our furry friends!

Contributors to the drive had the opportunity to leave their business card in a drawing to receive a $25 credit toward a KCRAR store purchase or HMLS dues. The winner was Cheryl Julo, Reece and Nichols Lee’s Summit. Congratulations to Cheryl!
