Success is a matter of how you handle your own market, as opposed to allowing the broader market to control what happens to you.

The national or local real estate scene has little or no bearing on those who know how to tailor a sales campaign to the immediate issues and surroundings.  Are you struggling right now to realign your business plan?  Are your sales down … and you don’t know what to do about it?

Here is a good answer to your dilemma. CREST (Certified Real Estate Sales Training) is KCRAR’s sales training program taught by nine local experts in their respective fields.  The course is offered only twice per year, so you should mark your calendar right now for eight consecutive Mondays starting March 3 through April 21, 2008.

Eight course modules include: Winning with Buyers, Prospecting for Results, Success with Sellers, Today’s Technology, Working with Seniors, Contract Mastery, Personality Profiles, Advanced Financing Technique, Business Planning & Goal Setting.
