Your association is looking for individuals who have the time, talent and commitment to devote to special projects. Volunteer contributions enable KCRAR to represent all that is good about the REALTOR® community in the Kansas City Region. And a diverse volunteer group of members from various areas of our Region really make our association strong and progressive.

Members who volunteer find it rewarding in many ways. Here’s what a recent contributor had to say about her experiences:

“I have volunteering in my blood! With any job I've ever had, I sought out opportunities to become involved. With real estate, it's even more important to become active in your company, local association and community. I found that by meeting other agents and brokers on a personal level, rather than just during a real estate transaction, I was better able to communicate and negotiate when it came time to do business. I have volunteered with KCRAR for the Resource Rally and will continue again next year. What a fun event!  I have also volunteered with the Education Committee, sharing ideas on new courses to be offered to our members. I would encourage anyone to find a committee or project that is of interest to them and raise a hand to volunteer.”
