Lockbox exchange week earlier this month went well, with thousands of members exchanging their old equipment for new Supra iBoxes and key devices. Thank you for your positive attitude and cooperation!
If you missed the exchange...
If you had to miss the exchange, remember to trade in your old key by December 31, 2003 to receive a $100 credit for your deposit. After December 31 there will also be a $50 Activation fee for any Supra REALTOR® key.
December 31 is also the deadline for a deposit refund if you just want to turn in your old Risco programmer key.
Remember to return your equipment...
All of the Supra equipment, including the iBoxes you exchanged for old Risco boxes, is leased. Therefore, please remember that if you leave the real estate business, go into a referral company or return your license to the Real Estate Commission, you must return your DisplayKEY and the iBoxes assigned to you in the exchange to KCRAR within two weeks. If your DisplayKEY is not returned, Supra will continue to bill you the $15 monthly service fee and you’ll be assessed liquidated damages of $150. You will also be assessed liquidated damages of $89 per iBox for any that aren’t returned within two weeks.
If you want to change iBox settings...
Regarding programming, please remember that if you chose eKEY service, you are able to program your own iBoxes, changing their shackle codes and hours yourself. If you chose DisplayKEY service and you want to change these settings, you won’t be able to do it yourself. However, beginning January 15, 2004 if you bring the boxes to KCRAR we’ll reprogram them for you. You won’t need an appointment – just remember to bring any boxes you want reprogrammed and your key.
