KCRAR has openings for members who want to serve as Directors from our association to the Missouri or Kansas Association of REALTORS®. The qualifications are: a desire to serve at the state level; and membership in KCRAR for at least two years.

As a State Director, you must attend the three KAR or four MAR meetings throughout the year and be present to vote at their respective Board of Directors meetings. You also must attend at least two KCRAR Board of Directors meetings within the first year of your appointment and be willing to serve on a state association committee. Most state association committees meet during the regularly scheduled MAR or KAR meetings.
