Get the lowdown on today's home mortgage financing from some of the best in the business, so you can help your buyers (and sellers) navigate this confusing world.

"The ABC's of Home Financing" on Friday, April 23 will feature a panel of experts from mortgage providers Bank of America, First Federal Bank, Capitol City Bank and Wells Fargo. They'll help you learn all about traditional home mortgage financing, along with some newer programs available today. You'll also take in information on KCHomePrograms, a website that provides information on housing-related programs for homebuyers in the Kansas City metropolitan area.

Join fellow members at CE in a Show Me Region location! Two-State Core, hosted by the Show Me Region, will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 13, at the Legacy Park Community Center, 901 NE Bluestem Drive, Lee's Summit, MO 68086. Check-in starts at 8 a.m. The course is free for KCRAR members and $50 for non-members. See the flier here.

NOTE: This class is now 4 hours in duration. This is a combination of the Kansas Salesperson/Broker Required and the Missouri Core Curriculum, so you can meet your required courses for both states in just one class sitting. Due to recent changes in the Missouri rules and regulations, we cannot offer this as a two-state combined class unless it is 4 hours in duration as opposed to the 3-hour class we offered in previous years. (If you are a Kansas Broker, you must also attend the Kansas Broker Required class.) Instructor is Jan Pringle, KCRAR Education Director.
