The Kansas Association of REALTORS® is offering a dynamic training session with nationally-renowned Professional Standards Trainer, Bruce Aydt!  This gives you a wonderful opportunity to fulfill your next mandatory Code of Ethics training course early (it’s required by 12/31/08) AND learn from one of the best teachers anywhere.   The course, “Professional Standards Administrator Training,” will be offered April 8, 2005 at the Kansas Museum of History in Topeka.

Bruce Aydt is simply one of the top real estate instructors in the country. As a lawyer and REALTOR® who has been in the real estate business for more than 20 years, he has the know-how and experience to bring meaning and life to classes that usually are the "tough" subjects. Bruce speaks on solid, business and legal topics that are the foundation of all good real estate practice - topics like risk management, agency, Code of Ethics, arbitration, procuring cause, contracts and agency.

Bruce doesn't teach "fluff" - participants come away with solid, practical information that can literally save thousands of dollars in daily practice. His talent as an instructor keeps these topics lively and of interest to his participants.  Bruce is currently liaison to the National Association of REALTORS® Professional Standards Committee and writes a column for NAR's REALTOR® Magazine.

This meets the National Association of REALTORS® mandate to achieve at least 2.5 hours of Code of Ethics training by
December 31, 2008 – so you can fulfill that training requirement early and benefit from an outstanding class at the same time!  This special one-day long seminar covers Professional Standards Administration and also fulfills the NAR mandate to have a certified Professional Standards Administrator in each local board of REALTORS® beginning in 2002.

Plan on attending this dynamic session! This is the only time this training will be offered by KAR in 2005. The price will be $60, which includes lunch. For more information, including registrations:
