KAR will host a two-day Mediation Training seminar on April 15-16, 2010 at the Wichita Art Museum. Mediation involves the skillful intervention of a third-party professional to help resolve disputes that arise between two or more parties. This dynamic course will not only prepare you to mediate REALTOR® disputes, but can be applied to your business and your everyday life!

The class is taught by Bruce Aydt – one of the best Mediation educators in the country!  Bruce Aydt is a REALTOR®, attorney and educator from St. Louis, Missouri. In addition to his active participation at all levels of REALTOR® organizations (including as chair of the NAR Professional Standards Committee, Legal Action Committee and the State Leadership Forum), Bruce has been recognized as Educator of the Year by both NAR and MAR.
