Two KCRAR members earned a spot in Ingram's “40 Under 40” list in April. The “40 Under 40” honorees represent a variety of industry and philanthropic interests in the KC metro area.

Congratulations to Brian Beggs, CFA, CCIM and Jay Ruf, SIOR, CCIM, LEED AP!

Brian works at Block Real Estate Services and helped usher in the family of Block Income Funds, which has acquired more than $200 million in commercial property and yielded $55 million in equity for investors. Brian, who has his pilot’s license, also donates flight time to such causes as Grace Flight of America and Veterans Airlift Command.

Jay is a senior vice president for First Scout Realty Advisors and has a total career transaction volume of more than $250 million, earning honors for First Scout’s largest transaction in its history. Jay has also been involved with various charities, such as the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, American Heart Association, Harvesters and more.
