Fran Cashion, director of relocation for Prudential Kansas City Realty, accepted two national awards during the Prudential Real Estate and Relocation Services (PRERS) sales convention in March. The awards ceremony honored the best-of-the-best among the PRERS network of 640 companies.
The first award recognized Fran as the Prudential Relocation Corporate Services Director of the Year, for her outstanding results and service excellence in both broker-to-broker and relocation referral activities.
“I am both honored and humbled by this award,” Fran said. “It’s really the team effort between our entire department and the PKC sales professionals that led to this recognition. Their level of customer service and professionalism is simply unrivaled.”
Fran accepted the second award for herself and Inventory Property Manager Elaine Cavener, for first place in Corporate Inventory Management.
Prudential Kansas City President David Cooper said “these two women do an amazing job for us every day and really are at the top of their professions. I’m so pleased to see them get the national recognition they deserve.”
In addition to these two awards, Prudential Kansas City took home the Gibraltar Award for ranking 17th among the top 50 companies within the Prudential National Network. Prudential Kansas City's office at 8101 College Blvd. received its 19th straight Pinnacle award as a top 10 office out of nearly 1,940 in the PRERS Network.
