Dues payments must be received at KCRAR by midnight on Tuesday, Dec. 15. After that time, a late fee of $25 will be charged to your account.

 

The quickest and easiest way to pay is to "due it” online. Simply login using your login and password (remember to use all capital letters for the login). For your convenience, KCRAR accepts these major credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.

KCRAR is pleased to continue a no-charge member benefit in 2010! All KCRAR REALTOR® members will continue to have access to an online forms service, Professional Computer Forms, at no cost to them. In response to your input, KCRAR has made some significant changes to its annual dues billing schedule. The changes are designed to give you more flexibility when making payments and the option of paying your dues ahead of the holiday season.

For KCRAR and Heartland MLS the Green movement is taking a big step on July 1.

Instead of printing and mailing or delivering thousands of paper bills each month, the standard KCRAR / HMLS accounting system will upgrade to electronic billing with delivery via e-mail from accounting@kcrar.com.  Your June bill will be the last regularly-scheduled paper bill from KCRAR and / or HMLS.

New Directors Elected


Results are in from the 2008 Board of Directors election in which two At-large Directors and two Regional Chairmen were elected.  Thank you to all the candidates for their interest in and commitment to serving KCRAR!

 

The newly elected At-large Directors are Greg Shahan, CRB and Marshall Stapleton.  In the Show Me Region, Glenna Lunceford, GRI, ABR, CRS was elected Chairman and members in the Rivers Region elected Teresa Whittamore, CRS, GRI, ABR, CSP as their next Chairman.

KCRAR Endorses KCMO Light Rail


At its meeting last week, the KCRAR Board of Directors voted to endorse the Light Rail proposal being put before Kansas City, Missouri voters on November 4.  The proposed Light Rail starter line in Kansas City holds benefits for real estate in our region and will be pro-business, pro-growth and pro-real estate.

KCRAR Members who are Kansas City, MO residents are urged to vote "YES" on the ballot's Kansas City Question to get Light Rail started!
