Your June 1 invoice and/or statement is the LAST regularly scheduled paper billing from KCRAR and HMLS. For HMLS Participants and Subscribers, this will include your quarterly bill for the third quarter of 2009. Due to a mandate from the National Association of REALTORS®, all KCRAR members must complete and report Code of Ethics training by December 31, 2008.  If it is not completed by December 31, 2008 at noon, we are required to SUSPEND YOUR MEMBERSHIP to KCRAR until you have completed this mandate.

Suspension will be lifted when the training requirement is met during the months of January and February 2009.  But failure to complete the requirement by March 1, 2009 will result in automatic membership termination.

Effective immediately, please DISCONTINUE the use of the 2005 version of the KCRAR Agency Disclosure Form.
