For KCRAR and Heartland MLS, the movement toward less waste is taking a big step.

Your June 1 invoice and/or statement is the LAST regularly scheduled paper billing from KCRAR and HMLS. For HMLS Participants and Subscribers, this will include your quarterly bill for the third quarter of 2009. For more details about the July 1 change to e-mail billing, please be sure to see the neon-colored insert that accompanied your June bill.

Wait No Longer


Due to a mandate from the National Association of REALTORS®, all KCRAR members must complete and report Code of Ethics training by December 31, 2008If it is not completed by December 31, 2008 at noon, we are required to SUSPEND YOUR MEMBERSHIP to KCRAR until you have completed this mandate.

Suspension will be lifted when the training requirement is met during the months of January and February 2009.  But failure to complete the requirement by March 1, 2009 will result in automatic membership termination.

Important Notice Regarding KCRAR Agency Disclosure Form


Effective immediately, please DISCONTINUE the use of the 2005 version of the KCRAR Agency Disclosure Form. The 2005 form provides that the compensation is determined in the agency agreements, however, Missouri Real Estate Commission feels that the Missouri license law in 4 CSR 250-8.096 requires that the compensation be specifically identified in the Agency Disclosure Form.  In compliance with MREC's requirement, KCRAR has revised the Agency Disclosure Form for immediate use by the members.More
