Two KCRAR member offices snagged spots on Ingram's Corporate Report 100, a list of the Kansas City area's 100 fastest-growing companies.
Century 21 All-Pro came in at No. 29 and Continental Title Holding Co. grabbed the No. 35 spot. Both companies made the list for the first time this year.
Ingram's had this to say about Century 21:
"Founded in 2001, Century 21 All-Pro has achieved considerable market share in the Kansas City real estate market by expanding into offices across the metro area. Headed by Mike Phillips, this Parkville-based real estate company believes that applying itself to the market will generate new clients and bring in repeat business."
Century 21 has had 163.4% growth in gross revenue from 2005 to 2008. The company has 127 employees, including 120 agents.
On Continental Title:
"Founded in 2001, Continental Title Holding Co. provides information services to the real estate industry. Within just the past few years, the Overland Park-based company has expanded into new markets across Kansas and Missouri. Increased marketing efforts and organic growth have been cited as the driving force behind the sustainability of the organization."
With 175 employees, Continental Title has experienced 136.91% growth in gross revenue from 2005 to 2008.
