As with other PIN numbers, such as the one for your debit card, the PIN for your DisplayKEY or eKEY is private.  To maintain the security of our lockbox system, never write your PIN on your key or make it available in any way should your key be lost.

Similarly, never share your key with another member or allow anyone else to use your key. 

The system’s security relies on each keyholder to use their key responsibly, so violating this rule can result in a $500 fine and permanent suspension of key services.  With each member’s adherence to the rule, KCRAR has the most secure lockbox system available in the industry – thank you for doing your part to keep it that way!
