With more vacant properties and foreclosures on the market, it may seem convenient to use a combination lockbox on one of these listings, especially when contractors or service providers need access to the property. Please be aware that KCRAR does not recommend this practice. 

The KCRAR Supra iBox system is highly secure. It’s available to all KCRAR members. REALTORS® using other lockboxes may face more legal exposure if their listings are compromised. The liability and exposure to you and your broker are just too great to risk the use of a less secure lockbox. 

Supra iBoxes may be leased from KCRAR for $18 for a full year, with the annual lease fee pro-rated for new leases less than 12 months.
