The ads tell consumers that buying now could be one of the best decisions they ever make and urge them to "Call a REALTOR® Today!“

This message is being delivered through a media mix of radio, online and print. Commercials airing on four highly-rated stations: KCFX (101 The Fox), KBEQ (Q 104 New Country), KCJK-FM (105.1 Jack-FM) and KCKC (Star 102) started the week of July 19. The same message is appearing online on the real estate homepage of www.kansascity.com, the most-visited Kansas City news website, and www.inkkc.com. Rounding out the schedule are print ads in The Kansas City Star and several suburban newspapers.
