As we look forward to a new year, one of the primary areas of focus for the KCRAR Commercial Division Board of Directors will be to expand the selection and availability of Continuing Education classes specifically for commercial practitioners.  To that end, a brand new class was personally selected and specially requested by the Board, and it will be offered for the first time in the KCRAR classroom on February 7.

This brand new course is taught by attorneys and addresses specific pitfalls and issues in commercial purchase contracts, title, title insurance, closing documents, covenants, prorations, and more.

3 hours Kansas Broker Required and 3 hours elective for KS Salespersons.  Also, 3 hours Missouri elective for all licensees.
