Usually marketed as a city-wide edition selling for $495, this software has been customized exclusively for KCRAR Members into two versions.  One version includes Clay and Platte Counties in Missouri, and the other version combines Johnson County, KS with Jackson County, MO.  Each of these customized CD ROM versions is available for $150 per year, a full $345 savings over the KC Metro MarketShare product.

In addition to the timely No-Call updates, MarketShare will help you link your marketing message directly to prospective buyers and sellers by creating lists according to estimated income, length of residence, estimated home value and more.  Using MarketShare, you can select target neighborhoods, search by phone exchange, “clone” your best customers, search by phone exchange…and grow your business utilizing a wide array of demographically-accurate information.
