KCRAR and Cole Information Services, the directory people, have created a new service just for KCRAR Members.  This Prospecting Service is an easy way to build a target farm for all of your prospecting needs. 

Using the service, you just provide a property address, and all the homeowners in a given radius around the subject property are provided to you.  For example, you can specify a half-mile radius around 123 Main Street, and you’ll receive complete names and mailing addresses in that area.  And the data is available in a number of different formats. 

You can obtain the records electronically to add to your own database, or you can contact the Cole Management System for repeat use.  You can also request mailing labels in several different sizes.  To make it even quicker and easier, Cole also provides a turn-key printing and mailing service to identify records in your target area, print your marketing letter, and mail it for you using their paper, envelopes and postage!
