Kevin Glendening, Kansas Deputy Bank Commissioner in Consumer and Mortgage Lending, will be speaking at KCRAR on August 31.  Glendening will address typical complaints received by his office, disciplinary actions, how to report incidents, and how his office handles cases and investigations.

Choose one of two sessions, either 9-10:30 a.m. or 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., and register online at http://www.kcrar.com/ under Membership Services.  This is not a continuing education course for license renewal; however, those who hold the Workforce Housing Specialist certification have first preference for seating and will receive one renewal point.
