As of July 1, bills from KCRAR and HMLS will be delivered by e-mail instead of snail mail.
This will mean less paper and more resources for services. Less postage and more response to member needs. Less gas burned by delivery of bills to your offices and more efficiency.
Instead of printing and mailing or delivering thousands of paper bills each month, the standard HMLS and KCRAR accounting system will upgrade to electronic billing with delivery via e-mail. Unless you opt to continue receiving paper bills, your invoices and statements will be delivered to the e-mail address you have on file with KCRAR / HMLS.
E-billing does not mean that you will have to pay your invoice on-line. You can print your invoice and mail in payment, if you choose.
Still want that paper bill? You may choose to continue receiving paper bills in the U.S. mail at no charge for the remainder of 2009. To opt for paper billing, please go to www.kcrar.com or http://matrix.heartlandmls.com where you’ll find the form called BILLING PREFERENCE FORM. Instructions for submitting the form are included on it.
Beginning in 2010 there will be charges for paper billing. KCRAR members will pay $2.50 per statement; HMLS Participants and Subscribers will pay $5 per quarter to opt for paper billing.
