| SFR: 3 More Ways to Get Certified |
It was a record-setting fast sell-out, and that's good news for the 240 people who registered in time for our Short Sales and Foreclosure resource designation class - but not-so-good news for those who didn't register in time. But all is not lost!
Anyone can still achieve the certification if they want to pay for it, and as long as you complete the requirements before the end of March, NAR's fee for the actual designation (normally $175) is waived. Try one of these opportunities for the class:
1. Attend with Career Education Systems and get six hours elective CE credit for Kansas and Missouri. Go here for locations in Kansas City. The cost is $99. This is the best deal for most KC people!
2. Go here and you can take the class online with NAR at a reduced cost of $92 (regularly $115). No CE credit.
3. Attend an upcoming SFR class with the St. Joseph Regional Association of REALTORS® on March 25. Get the details here.
Don't miss these opportunities! It's a great deal, and upon completion, you'll be able to use the SFR logo on your personal materials. This course is power-packed with important, timely, useful information so you can close more sales and assist people who need your help. Check out the website here for more info!
