To protect the security of the lockbox system, please remember that sharing your Display key, giving out your PIN, or attaching your PIN to your Display Key are all serious violations of your lease agreement. Serious consequences may result from doing any of the above. Consequences include a $250 fine for each violation, and revocation of the privilege to have a key.

Please don’t jeopardize the security of the lockbox system by giving out your key, giving out your PIN, or attaching your PIN to your access device.
