KCRAR has signed a new licensing agreement with ZipForm, the Official Forms Software of the National Association of REALTORS®. They are offering a special introductory offer, now extended through April 30, 2005, to purchase their software at a discount.

The ZipForm products available to KCRAR members contain all of the 2005 KCRAR standardized forms. (Missouri Association of REALTOR® forms also available as an add-on.)

ZipForm comes in two formats, ZipFormDesktop and ZipFormOnline.  Both versions are available to KCRAR members. ZipFormOnline is designed to address the flexibility and mobility needs of real estate agents and brokers by allowing them to securely access real estate forms from multiple locations. The web based version also allows users to store, retrieve, edit and save in-process forms via the Internet. The Desktop and Online versions work together, so users can start completing a contract using one version and switch to the other version as the transaction progresses.
