Chairman Nominations

Make your voice heard! Sunflower Region Chairman nominations for 2010-2011 are due August 24. The Chairman will also serve on KCRAR’s Board of Directors for the two-year term. If you’ve enjoyed serving on a committee, take the next step and expand your service by running for region Chairman!

The main qualifications are an interest in the association’s work and leadership potential or ability. When submitting your nomination, please include a statement of no more than 300 words addressing the following:

• Why do you want to serve as a KCRAR Director?
• What is your past service and/or involvement with the Sunflower Region and KCRAR?
• What is your leadership experience in the real estate business and/or community, civic, religious or other business organizations?

Be sure to include your name, company, daytime phone number and a photo (jpg, tif or gif file) in your submission. Like all organizations, KCRAR benefits from diversity and experience in its leadership, so all members are invited to serve. Submissions are due to pattyl@kcrar.com by August 24.

Technology & Marketing Panel

We’ve gathered a panel of experts to help you not just survive, but thrive in this new marketplace. David Conderman from Keller Williams, Karen France from KAR/REBR, Lee McClelland from Prudential Kansas City and Randy Vanderpool from Keller Williams will discuss how to conduct business effectively using the Internet and technology – in ways you never thought possible!
