Community homebuyer education classes have been scheduled for several locations around town in 2007.  Please encourage your clients, especially first-time buyers, to attend the course to obtain a greater understanding of the home-buying process.  They'll receive a certificate of completion that's necessary for many government-sponsored and conventional loans. 

All classes are held from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.  Classes coming up in the second half of the year are:
