Congratulations to Cindy Spicer and Ann Halterman on their selection as members of the 2010-2011 Class of the Missouri Association of REALTORS® Leadership Academy!

Cindy is with Reece & Nichols North Star and Ann is with Reece & Nichols Kearney. Along with their classmates, they will participate in a series of retreats starting this fall, where they’ll be involved in problem-solving activities on issues of current interest.

Cindy and Ann will be part of a group of 12-16 emerging leaders from Missouri who’ll take part in the program. The mission of the Leadership Academy is to identify Missouri REALTORS® who have demonstrated leadership potential, to train them in leadership and teambuilding skills, to increase their awareness of REALTOR® challenges, and to give them the opportunity to network with MAR leaders and members.
