Selling Short Sales is the hottest topic these days! We've had other speakers on this subject, and here is a new one for you. It's good to hear from more than one person, so book this one and learn all you can so you can survive out there. Taught by a popular instructor, Elaine Cavener, training director at Prudential Kansas City and former chair of the KCRAR Contracts and Forms Revision Committee.
The class will be held from 9 a.m. to noon Thursday, Sept. 10, 2009 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Faulkner Ranch, 10600 Raytown Road, Kansas City, MO 64134. The 2009 Show Me Region RPAC Auction was quite a success! We had a great turnout, with 135 guests raising $12,500 for the REALTORS® Political Action Committee!
