This month, one At-large Director as well as Region Chairmen in the Sunflower and Northland Regions will be elected. The At-Large position is a three-year term through 2012. The Region positions are two-year terms.

The open At-large Director position will be determined by a vote of all eligible members. Members in the Sunflower and Northland will also vote on their respective Region Chairmen.

Voting for the 2009 Board of Directors election concludes TOMORROW, Wednesday, Nov. 18 at noon. Take time to learn about the candidates now before casting your vote!

The nominating committee is pleased to present the slates below for this year’s election. Please click through to the slates for photos of the candidates and their statements. 

·          2009 Northland Region Slate – consisting of the candidates for Northland Region Chairman and the At-Large candidates

·          2009 Sunflower Region Slate – consisting of the candidates for Sunflower Region Chairman and the At-large candidates

·          2009 Slate for All Other Members – consisting of the At-Large candidates for those regions not electing a Chairman this year

NOTE: The election began at noon on Monday, November 2. Voting members who have e-mail addresses on file with KCRAR have received e-mails with their online ballots. Notification of the election will be sent via U.S. Mail to members who do not have an e-mail address on file. The election will conclude TOMORROW, Wednesday, November 18 at noon and election results will be announced at the KCRAR Annual Meeting on Thursday, November 19 at 11:30 a.m. All members are welcome to attend that meeting, which will begin immediately following the Board of Directors meeting the morning of November 19.
