Listings not being shown? Buyers don’t qualify? Sellers got you down? You could pay 5¢ to Charlie Brown’s friend, Lucy, for a psychiatric consultation or you could turn to KCRAR for real life advice.

We’d tell you to enroll in a special two-step program scheduled in April where you’ll discover some answers to your problems.  When you attend the training to become a Workforce Housing Specialist you learn special tricks for marketing your listings, finding new customers and locating legitimate, low-down and no-down loans.

Mark your calendar for April 26 and 27!

Earning the Workforce Housing Specialist certification means attending two classes.  The first is a CE class called “Housing for America’s Workforce – Part 1, Financing.”  It’s being offered on the morning of April 26 from 9:00 am- noon. Like all 3-hour CE classes, this class is offered free of charge this year as part of the "2007 CE Fee Holiday."

To earn the certification, participants need to move on and take a second course called “Housing for America’s Workforce – Part II, Marketing.”  The cost is $120 and the class will be held on the morning of Friday, April 27.

This certification is the fastest way to learn some down-to-earth techniques, add some alphabet soup behind your name and make a difference in the lives of the people who need your help.  Workforce Housing Specialists receive ongoing educational opportunities and are listed on the program’s public service website, www.kchomeprograms.com, which is receiving more and more promotion and media attention.

Be there!  Click here to enroll online.  For questions contact Jan Pringle,WHS at 913-498-0018 x 304 or janp@kcrar.com.
