It’s time to think seriously about who you admire and who you feel exemplifies your office, company and industry. The Kansas City Regional Association of REALTORS® residential “Of the Year” Awards are presented to five very special people each year at our annual Installation and Awards banquet.

Nominations are due by Nov. 10, so the time to send in your recommendations or self-nominations is NOW!

How do these people get chosen? Who nominates them? You do, of course! Make your choices for any or all of these awards:

• 2009 REALTOR® of the Year
• 2009 REALTOR® Sales Manager of the Year
• 2009 REALTOR® Salesperson of the Year
• 2009 Newcomer of the Year
• 2009 Affiliate of the Year 

The nomination forms are ready when you are, posted here. So if you have an outstanding peer, a broker you think the world of or an Affiliate member who has gone above and beyond for you and your clients – nominate them! Self-nominations are also encouraged.

It’s easy and the selection criteria are right on the forms. So take this time to pay tribute to someone who has done great things in the community and our industry. Make it really hard for us – we hope we’ll be so swamped with nominations that it takes us all night to decide who’ll receive these awards for 2009!

Remember, the deadline for submissions is Nov. 10, but you’re encouraged to send in your nominations any time before that date. We’ll be looking for them!
